Alice Jukes
I am the Founder and Editor of Shift the Gears, a platform dedicated to promoting and empowering women in motorsport by sharing their stories and recognising their impact both on and off the track.
Through this work, I aim to create meaningful visibility for women and open space for more diverse voices in racing.
Beyond that advocacy, my passion for motorsport runs deep. I’m fascinated by the connection between people and machines, by the craft and emotion that shape competition, and by the stories that emerge from the pursuit of speed. I’m especially drawn to motorcycle racing and its junior categories, where raw talent and ambition meet the technical heart of the sport.
